Wudhu guide.

Asaalam everyone!
Today I am going to write a guide to wudhu, as I haven't really wrote any thing based on fiqh, or any basics. Therefore today I am going to write a guide to wudhu using my Taleemul Haq.

Firstly, let's start with with the niyyat. For Wudhoo, the niyyat (at heart) should be : "I am performing Wudhoo to get rid of Hadase Asghar", Hadase Asghar is the need of Wudhoo. Wudhu, or ablution, is basically to wash one's hands, feet etc. before performing Salah. As you may have heard, you cannot read/touch the Quran without wudhu-
but that's a more varied topic for me, because there are other things you cannot touch without wudhu either, but I have heard you can do certain things to touch the Quran if you are a woman on menses etc. however, I'm not sure though, so you would probably have to do your own research.

Let's carry on with the rest of Wudhu:
READ THE DUA BEFORE MAKING WUDHU.
1. Use clean water to wash both hands up to the wrists twice.
2. Use a miswaak to clean your teeth, and then gargle thrice.
A miswaak is like a piece of wood you can use to clean your teeth.
Using a Miswaak is Sunnat, so the Prophet SAW used to do it, and using a miswaak increases the reward of your Namaaz by 70 times.
4.  After that, take some water upto the nostrils thriceusing the right hand and clean your nose with the left hand.
5. Thereafter wash the face from the hairy part of the forehead to below the chin, and also from one earlobe to another thrice.
6. If you are a male, at this point- make Khilal of the beard.
7. After that, wash your right hand including the elbow thrice, then do this again except to the left hand thrice.
8. Now make Khilal of the fingers-
what you have to do is pass the wet fingers of one hand through the fingers of the other hand.
9. At this point read the dua whilst making wudhu.
10. Now make Masah, keep your middle, ring and little finger together with the thumb and index finger raised away, and keep those two fingers away from the head. Pass the other three fingers from the forehead to the upper part of the nape. Place the palms of the hands on the side of the head and bring them forward (so they arrive at the forehead). Insert the front part of your index fingers into the ears (openings) and make masah behind the ears by using the thumbs to rub the back once) Use the three fingers that we used earlier to make masah of the nape (pass them over the nape).
11. Wash your right foot and remember to wash the ankles, and make khilal of the toes by passing a finger in between them beginning at the little toe of the left foot. Use the little finger for Khilal here.
Do the same for the left foot, and end the khilal with the little toe of the right foot.
Now read the dua after completing Wudhu, and if you want Kalimah Shahaadat before and Surah Qadr after.
I'll write the duas for wudhu in my second blog today because it is an odd night, so I'm writing a second blog Insha-Allah! Be sure to read that, and I am thinking of doing it on different dua's, like the dua before sleeping etc.

I hope you Ramadan is going well, I hope you have a nice Iftari, and that you have a nice third odd night!
Ramadan Mubarak!
